Case Study: UV DTF for Prosper XO

A photograph of a mic with a uv dtf decal on the side.

When Prosper XO approached us they had a specific need: a custom mic flag with a very tight deadline.

Usually, speed often comes at the cost of design, material quality, or requires taking on a higher budget. We chose a different route.

Instead of a traditional hard good timeline and production method, we went with UV DTF.

This solution offered three distinct benefits:

1. Speed: We met the quick turnaround time.

2. Cost: It remained budget-friendly for a single item.

3. Creative Freedom: Keeping Courtney Ryan's work intact was critical. UV DTF allowed for full-color within the design and full-control of design element placement.

In short, UV DTF is an excellent tool for clients needing small runs of hard goods or physical samples before committing to full production.

Finally, thanks to Lauren Bruno for the collaboration and pic!
